Job Description
Education
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university
- 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged from applying
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 43 years

Experience in SME Asset & Liability at any Commercial Bank is preferable.

Professional certification in CMSME is an advantage.

Experience in the following areas is preferred: CMSME Banking/Business
Responsibilities & Context
-
Identify and acquire new CMSME clients (preferably composite limit for Small and Medium Segment), prepare credit proposals, and handle related documentation.

Meet business targets (Asset & Liability) set by the Supervisor/Head of SME.

Establish & Maintain relationships with CMSME customers along with monitor credit quality.

Conduct on-site visits to validate applicant’s business, financials, collateral security and documentations.

Assist in cost, budget, and resource planning, regulatory reporting along with other assignments.
