Job Description
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation in Gender, Psychology, Sociology, Social work, or any other relevant discipline from any government recognized organization. Masters’ degree in relevant field is highly appreciable
Experience

- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements

Experience on implementing or leading Sexual and reproductive health and/or Gender/Child Protection focused projects in emergency

Experience on working with internally displaced people will get preference.

5 years’ experience in NGO/INGO setting (experience with only evidence and relevance will count).

Experience on project proposal writing and FD-6, FD-7, FC-1 as per organization need.

Good Neighbors (1991) is an international humanitarian, development and non-governmental organization with membership in General Consultative Status in the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC). Winner of MDG 2 award 2007 and UNESCO-Hamdan Prize for Teacher Development 2024, Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) is operating 17 Community Development Projects (CDP) and 1 Project with Specific Program (PSP) in 13 districts for child protection, education, health, women empowerment, income generating activities, DRR and Rohingya emergency response activities. Good Neighbors Bangladesh (GNB) intends to recruit suitable personnel for the following positions:
