Job Purpose:
Provide support and services to office staff at BRAC Head Office and other establishment under Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve tea twice daily in a timely manner and properly maintain tea and toiletry supplies.
• Receive stationery, tea, and toiletry items from the Logistics Department based on program requisitions.
• Ensure photocopying and scanning of documents as required by programs.
• Receive, sort, and distribute letters, documents, and parcels to various floors of BRAC Head Office and the BRAC Central
Mail Office.
• Ensure high-quality cleaning services across assigned floors, including tea corners and washrooms.
• Maintain stock registers and challans for tea and toiletry items..
• Keep meeting rooms well-prepared and arrange tea and snacks as required.
• Carry out any other official duties assigned by the appropriate authority.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members
from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve
the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on
safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation
of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do
so.
