Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 45 years
  • Proven experience as a Japan visa documentation specialist/expert or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Japan visa categories, embassy procedures, and documentation standards.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Strong communication skills in English; Bangla proficiency is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage high volumes of applications under deadlines.

  • Proficient in MS Office and visa processing systems.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage complete documentation and processing for Japan visa applications, including Tourist, Business, Student, Work, Skilled Worker, and Dependent visas.
  • Review, verify, and prepare visa documents in strict compliance with the Embassy of Japan, Immigration Bureau of Japan, and VFS Global requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to applicants on visa eligibility, required documents, and application procedures.
  • Accurately complete and review Japan visa application forms and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with Japanese embassies, consulates, visa centers, employers, and educational institutions as required.
  • Translate and interpret visa-related documents and correspondence between Japanese and English.
  • Track and monitor application progress and ensure timely submission and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and proper record-keeping of applicant data.
  • Stay updated on the latest Japan visa policies, immigration laws, and documentation changes.
  • Resolve documentation issues and provide solutions to minimize application delays or rejections.

Strong proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N4/N3 preferred) – reading, writing, and communication. Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in Japan visa processing or immigration consultancy (preferred).
