Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students on Japanese language courses (JLPT levels, conversation courses, test preparation, etc.)
- Explain admission requirements, course structures, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes
- Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrollment procedures
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students and parents
- Follow up with inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-in visits
- Guide students on career opportunities linked to Japanese language proficiency
- Advise on pathways such as higher education in Japan, technical training programs, internships, and employment
- Provide information on JLPT levels required for different academic and job options
- Help students align language learning goals with long-term career plans
- Organize career guidance sessions, seminars, and orientation programs
