Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview
We are looking for a competent Senior Officer – Human Resource who will be responsible for leading core human resource activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The role includes managing recruitment, conducting training and development initiatives, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. Strong HR knowledge and prior experience in a similar role are required.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.

Support performance evaluation and employee management activities.

Coordinate training, workshops, and staff development programs.

Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

Address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Performance monitoring & evaluation.
Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) from a reputed local/international university.
