Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Senior Student Counselor (Australia) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in student counseling, specializing in Australian higher education. This role requires someone with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a deep understanding of ethical counseling practices. The candidate will guide students and mentor junior counselors while contributing to the overall success of our Australian student recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise students on study options in Australia, including university and course selection, entry requirements, and visa processes.

  • Manage the entire student journey- from initial inquiry to application submission and visa assistance.

  • Review and guide documentation including SOPs, financials, and other required materials.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian university policies and DHA visa regulations.

  • Mentor junior counselors and help train new team members.

  • Coordinate with partner universities and participate in education events, webinars, and promotional activities.

  • Use CRM and relevant tools to maintain records, generate reports, and track student outcomes.

  • Meet student recruitment targets and uphold high client service standards.
