Additional Requirements

Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.

Computer proficiency in Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of mechanical systems.

Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Manage preventive maintenance and monitor machinery’s condition to ensure uninterrupted production.
-
Perform repair or general maintenance work on structures such as hatchers and setters.
-
Monitor overhauling of generator, PFI (Power Factor Improvement), chiller, air compressor and other hatchery equipment.
-
Conduct the troubleshooting of machineries as required.
-
Evaluate and implement standard operating procedure to reduce break down time.

Provide on time requisition with accurate product specification to ensure availability of spare parts.

Ensure safety of men, materials and machines during maintenance work by following all safety policies
-
Provide periodical safety counseling and awareness training to all staff of hatchery to reduce loss time accident (LTA).
