Responsibilities & Context

SHARIF PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED, an ISO certified company, having state-of-the-art plant, is committed to serve the country as a leading pharmaceutical company. We are looking for following position –

Job Responsibilities

  • Store the right amount of materials, goods, and products in the right location to feed the business`s and production`s opera-tional demands

  • Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to feed business operations and customer demand

  • Lead the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance

  • Ensure storage of both raw materials and finished products are in full adherence with the prevailing best practice and GMP guidelines.

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of both raw materials to production and finished goods to Distribution Teams

  • Drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully

  • Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to raw materials and finished products in and out including labeling of all stock items

  • Continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as deliver continuous improvement initiatives

  • Establish, monitor, and maintain high standards of security in the warehouse by setting security procedures Communicate with warehouse staff on a regular basis to make them aware of priorities, targets, and operational requirements

  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement

  • Develop and share warehouse scorecard on agreed timely intervals

  • Apply the principles of FEFO and/or FIFO as appropriate and familiar with ERP System

  • Having the ability to manage and execute DGDA (Directorate General of Drug Administration)

  • Bangladesh, audits successfully requires a comprehensive understanding of both local regulatory requirements and interna-tional best practices

  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOP and others regulatory compliance standards

Job Location: Factory (Barabo, Tarabo, Rupgonj, Narayangonj)
