Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
-
Production Planning & Achieving production target as per plan
-
Utilizing maximum capacity of resources Managing the daily production process, Coordinating all production activities and operations
-
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Monitor productivity rates and product standards and enhancement of product yield
-
Implement process improvement programs Ensure the products are produced, inspected, stored and released in accordance with approved procedures
-
Cost Control scope analysis & implementation at different stages
-
URS Preparation of Production Machinery as well as to Perform FAT of the same
-
Co-ordination with engineering department for corrective & preventive maintenance of Production Machinery
-
Preparation and review of SOP, BMR, BPR etc
-
Work distribution among production personnel and supervising & monitoring the activities of them as well as do the perfor-mance appraisal of all employees of the dept
-
Facing various types of inspections & audits
-
Ensure health, safety and environmental standards in production and warehouse activities
