Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

  • Drive sales and ensure shop performance meets targets.

  • Manage client interactions, delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

  • Supervise, train, and motivate shop staff to achieve peak performance.

  • Maintain shop presentation, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.

  • Manage inventory, stock control, and conduct regular audits.

  • Handle cash management, sales reporting, and other financial transactions.

  • Coordinate in-shop promotions, marketing activities, and events.

  • Implement processes to enhance operations and the customer experience.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
