Education

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage and monitor all administrative and logistic activities of the Head Office and branch offices.
  • Oversee vehicle/car management, repair & maintenance, and process bills, tax, fitness, and insurance renewals.
  • Maintain fixed assets for the Head Office and branches, and submit reports as per the company’s fixed asset policy.
  • Supervise office equipment repair and maintenance for both Head Office and branches.
  • Provide logistical support for meeting arrangements at the Head Office and external venues.
  • Maintain stock inventory software, ensure data entry, and distribute daily necessary items.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, health, and safety of Head Office premises.
  • Assist in event management activities.
  • Ensure health, safety, and security compliance at both Branch and Head Office.
  • Manage reception desk services and oversee courier operations for incoming and outgoing parcels.
  • Monitor contractual employees’ activities and evaluate their performance accordingly.
  • Supervise Head Office opening and closing activities.
  • Ensure adjustment of any cash advance within 15 days with proper supporting documents.
  • Support food facility management.
  • Oversee stock management activities.
