Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce is a plus.

Manage the end-to-end customer journey on the e-commerce platform, ensuring a user-friendly and frictionless experience.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and mobile app, including product listings, content management, and functionality.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to attract and convert customers.

Utilize web analytics tools to monitor performance, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates and customer retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and IT, to ensure alignment and seamless operation of the e-commerce ecosystem.
