Job Description
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bechelor/Honers/Masters in any dicipline is required.
- BBA/MBA in Marketing & Sales will be highly Preferred.
Experience

- At least 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Crockeries

Exprience:

Responsibilities & Context
Position Purpose:
To lead and implement the national sales strategy across Bangladesh for IHW., ensuring achievement of revenue targets, expansion of market share, and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The NSM will oversee retail & regional sales teams, build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers, and align sales operations with the company’s overall objectives to drive sustainable business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to increase market share for Crockeries & Home Appliance related products.
- Lead, supervise, and support regional sales teams to ensure effective coverage across all regions of Bangladesh.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Strengthen dealer/distributor networks to ensure product availability and maximize market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute branding and promotional campaigns tailored to local markets.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, support the sales team, and build strong relationships with key partners.
- Train and develop sales personnel to enhance product knowledge, technical understanding, and selling skills.
- Prepare and present sales reports with actionable insights to the Head of Sales.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, credit policies, and customer service benchmarks.
