  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including advanced SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media tactics.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. This role is crucial for driving our digital sales strategy, enhancing our online presence, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Update, maintain, and further develop our WordPress website (ihwbd.com) to ensure optimal performance, design, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UX/UI, speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Digital Marketing:

  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

Graphic Design & Content Creation:

  • Design and edit digital graphics, product visuals, banners, and social media creatives to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure visual consistency across the website, email, and social platforms.

Product Management:

  • Work closely with the product development and inventory teams to manage online product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.

Customer Experience:

  • Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in customer service, user interface design, and website navigation.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track KPIs and generate detailed reports on website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor the existing e-commerce and digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and smooth day-to-day operations.
