We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations. This role is crucial for driving our digital sales strategy, enhancing our online presence, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience.
- Update, maintain, and further develop our WordPress website (ihwbd.com) to ensure optimal performance, design, and functionality.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UX/UI, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
Digital Marketing:
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design and edit digital graphics, product visuals, banners, and social media creatives to support marketing campaigns.
- Ensure visual consistency across the website, email, and social platforms.
Product Management:
- Work closely with the product development and inventory teams to manage online product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers.
Customer Experience:
- Enhance the online shopping experience by implementing best practices in customer service, user interface design, and website navigation.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track KPIs and generate detailed reports on website traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, guide, and mentor the existing e-commerce and digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and smooth day-to-day operations.

Vendor and Partner Management:
