Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
- BBA and MBA in HRM from a well reputed university.
Experience
-
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and managing resources effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan and implement the recruitment process (from Trainee Officer to Manager level) to attract the right talent and offer appropriate benefits that align with the needs of SBUs and Corporate Functions.
- Manage and coordinate the recruitment of Non-Management employees across the organization.
- Assist in developing Talent Acquisition strategies based on the specific needs of SBUs and Corporate Functions within KFG.
- Review and screen CVs based on the criteria outlined in job descriptions and advertisements; collaborate with relevant departments for feedback to shortlist candidates.
- Design and develop assessment tools and written tests for management-level positions.
- Arrange, coordinate, and conduct interview sessions for shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure comprehensive background checks and documentation for selected candidates.
- Communicate and negotiate with potential candidates regarding compensation and benefits packages.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, assess recruitment performance, and provide insights for process improvements.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice, including digital campaigns, employee testimonials, and participation in career events.
- Maintain relationships with universities and professional organizations to build a talent pipeline and promote the company’s brand.
