Job Description
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- 4-year graduation in preferably Marketing, Mass Communication or Journalism, Media Studies from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
- Professional Certification in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Communication will be an added advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing/Corporate Communication/Branding, with at least 1 years in a creative leadership role.

Responsibilities & Context

As part of its commitment to corporate goals, financial inclusion, and good governance, the Bank is looking to hire dynamic and committed professionals as Content & Creative Manager for Marketing & Communication Division.
Job Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies for branding, digital campaigns, and marketing communications.

Lead the creative development of marketing materials including print ads, TVCs, digital posts, newsletters, brochures, and internal communication.

Collaborate with internal teams, business units, and external agencies to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Manage the Bank’s digital and social media presence through creative storytelling and innovative campaigns.

Produce high-quality written and visual content aligned with the Bank’s brand identity.

Coordinate promotional activities, CSR campaigns, sponsorships, and product launches with creative direction.

Ensure compliance of all marketing materials with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, regulatory instructions, and internal policies.

Monitor market trends, competitors’ campaigns, and customer insights to enhance the Bank’s brand positioning.

Supervise a creative team, providing direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and media partners.
-
Report campaign performance, engagement metrics, and brand impact to Senior Management.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
