Job Description

Education

  • 4-years graduation preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
  • Any relevant Professional qualifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

    • At least 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 45 years
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, with at least 5 years in Payroll, Priority, Liability & Cash Management, or managing expatriate customers.

  • Proven track record in product development, business growth, and customer relationship management.

  • Age not exceeding 45 years as of September 30, 2025. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.


Responsibilities & Context

As part of its commitment to corporate goals, financial inclusion and good governance, the Bank is looking to hire dynamic and committed professional as Head of Liability & Cash Management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Bank’s Cash & Liability Team by developing innovative solutions for existing & potential base.

  • Formulate and implement strategies to grow cash management revenue through deposit mobilization, transaction banking, and fee-based services.

  • Develop and oversee cash management products including collections, payments, liquidity management, escrow services, virtual accounts, and payroll solutions.

  • Manage relationships with large corporates, MNCs, government bodies, NGOs, expatriate, and financial institutions to deliver tailored cash management solutions.

  • Ensure integration of cash management products with digital banking, e-channels, and fintech partnerships to enhance client convenience.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, and IT Divisions for product development and seamless client delivery.

  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure service quality for all cash management transactions.

  • Monitor business performance, prepare MIS/reports, and provide strategic updates to Senior Management and the Board.

  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal risk policies, and AML/KYC standards in all cash management operations.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to achieve business targets and deliver client excellence.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line.
