Job Description
Education
- 4-years Graduation/ BBA degree preferably in Finance/ Accounting from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA/ ACMA/ CIA/ CA (Partly Qualified) will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years at Finance & Accounts Division.

Preference will be given to candidates having in-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank reporting requirements (CAMELS, RWA, CRR/SLR) and IFRS/IAS, and relevant financial regulations.

Age not exceeding 45 years as of September 30, 2025. The age limit may be relaxed based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities & Context

As part of its commitment to corporate goals, financial inclusion, and good governance, the Bank is looking to hire dynamic and committed professionals for Finance & Accounts Division.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Support statutory and regulatory reporting to Bangladesh Bank, BSEC, NBR, and other relevant authorities within stipulated deadlines.

Support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections under the supervision of senior officials.

Monitor departmental and branch expenses, assist in cost control measures, and support efficiency improvement initiatives.

Handle day-to-day financial operations including vouchers, reconciliations, payments, and expense monitoring.

Assist in ensuring proper tax compliance and maintain related documentation.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors by preparing necessary schedules, statements, and supporting records.

Support treasury operations including liquidity monitoring, ALM reporting, and related financial controls.

Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and ensure proper documentation.

Carry out any other assignments as directed by line managers or the Chief Financial Officer.
