Responsibilities & Context

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom professionally.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (tiles, sanitary ware, faucets, doors, etc.).

Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.

Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently.

Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat sales.

Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability.
