Job Description
WEBNS Technology Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics & Motion Graphics
Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid
understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to produce engaging static, motion and video content for digital platforms, branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and print media.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design static visuals including banners, posters, brochures, ads, packaging, social media
content, website & marketing campaigns etc. - Create engaging motion graphics for video projects, product explainers, social media
reels/stories, intros/outros, and animations. - Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project
requirements and deliver impactful visuals. - Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and multimedia output.
- Stay updated with design, animation & video trends and implement fresh ideas into the work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Assist in UI/UX tasks and web design projects if needed.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with design trends and tools. e.g- Adobe Creative Cloud, Cupcut, Figma, Cinema
and other necessary tools.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in graphic design tools are a plus.
Experience Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in graphic design and motion graphics (portfolio required).
Additional Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs with minimal supervision.
- Advance understanding of video editing techniques and visual storytelling.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
