Job Description

WEBNS Technology Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-driven Executive / Sr. Executive – Telemarketing to join our growing Marketing Department. If you excel in communication, love connecting with people, and thrive under targets, this role is for you!

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Cold calling, email marketing, and client hunting through random calling.
  • Attend inbound calls with proper etiquette and handle client inquiries.
  • Prospect and generate quality leads and update daily activity in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing performance and activity status.
  • Set and follow objectives to manage daily telemarketing activities.
  • Analyze and report on calling statistics (conversion rates, customer service quality, etc. ).
  • Monitor and improve team performance in handling calls and communication. 
  • Supervise and guide team members, resolve grievances, and uphold company reputation.
  • Meet monthly demo targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate effectively with other teams and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Keep detailed records of all calling/visiting activities and attend daily team meetings.
  • Be open to any additional responsibilities or assignments given by the management.
  • Maintain a respectful and healthy working atmosphere.
  • Stay focused, committed, and accountable for assigned tasks.
  • Must be honest, hardworking, and dedicated.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communication)
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or customer-facing roles.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good Command over English language.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Team player with leadership capability and a positive mindset.
