Job Description
Job Context:
WEBNS Technology Ltd. is looking for qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, well disciplined, hard working candidates who are passionate about implementing and supporting cutting-edge software solutions as an Engineer in Software Implementation & Support team.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software applications for clients based on their requirements.
- Provide technical support to end users and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
- Investigate data discrepancies, application errors and enhancement of existing application to improve its functionality.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct user training and documentation when necessary.
- Provide ongoing technical support and post-implementation troubleshooting by analyzing the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
- Knowledge on SQL queries, Oracle database & Oracle Apex will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting systems, supply chain management system, HRMS system and business processes to consider additional experience
- To have a strong personality & able to take pressure to meet the deadline.
- Candidate to be positive & pro-active
- Assist with planning and designing system and application architecture, and with the translation of systems requirements into application prototypes
- Participate in agile software development lifecycle in a team environment, including participation in design, code, and test inspections to identify issues/defects
- Act as a liaison between end users and business units to maintain reliability and operation of supported systems
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field from any reputed Education may be relaxed if highly experienced candidates.
- 1-3 years Practical Experience in web based software or ERP software implementation and support.
- Having a good concept on database, PL/SQL and Web application will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people or users.
- Assist seniors by providing technical assistance efficiently to keep up with the service users.
