Job Description

Job Context:

WEBNS Technology is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is crucial as you will serve as the primary link between our clients, external people, and our internal team. You will manage all incoming communications and ensure that client needs are addressed efficiently and accurately.

 

Job Responsibilities:

-Reception & Communication Management:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. 
  • Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel. 
  • Manage and relay messages accurately and in a timely manner. 

 

-Client Support Liaison:

  • Receive and log all client support requests, whether by phone or email. 
  • Identify the nature of the support request and relay it to the relevant software development team or individual.
  • Follow up with developers to track the status of support requests. 
  • Communicate with clients to deliver completed tasks and updates on their requests.

 

-Administrative Support:

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries. 
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments for staff as needed. 
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven work experience in a front office or customer service role. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A professional and courteous attitude with the ability to handle various types of client inquiries. 
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling issues.
