- At least 7 years of teaching experience in an English Medium school preferred

Responsibilities & Context

Teaching professionals with administrative exposure will be preferred for this position.

Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to implement extra-curricular activities

Ensure discipline and a positive learning environment

Coordinate between teachers, students, parents, and school management

Organize examinations, academic events, and extracurricular activities

Conduct teacher training and professional development programs

Maintain compliance with school policies and education board regulations.

Assist the Principal or Vice Principal in administrative and operational tasks.

Prepare academic reports and present them to the management.

Sound knowledge of school management and the modern concept of schooling.

Ensure effective remedial help for the slow learners.

Liaise with existing students` parents

Hold regular meetings with Subject Coordinators/Supervisors to monitor the academic progress of all classes.
