Responsibilities & Context
-
Planning, forecasting the health & disease issues through regular communication & Farm visit.

Disease diagnosis & treatment as per customer requirement
-
Capture the opportunities by regular market observation.
-
Motivate the new dealers/distributors as per KPI.
-
Organizing technical seminar & another program.
-
Constant Farmers communication with Dealers to clarify company policy and new offers to avoid confusion.
-
Continuously monitor distributor / retailer performance and suggest & implement alternate course of action.
-
Collecting FCR & field performance data over phone & analysis.
-
Retain Existing Dealers and Farmers by maintaining strong relationships.
-
Continuous drive to convert Farmers and Dealers from competitors to AFTAB.
-
Farmers learning content creation, dissemination & digital marketing.
-
Analyzing competitor’s product features, benefits, shortfalls & market scenario.
-
Submit necessary report as requirements of Management.
-
Any other relevant task as and when assigned by the department head.
