Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
-
Plan, organize, and execute construction activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work progress meets project timelines.
-
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and internal departments.
-
Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards, and project specifications.
-
Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies at site.
-
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other resources efficiently.
-
Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and method statements prior to execution.
-
Conduct site inspections, layout checking, and measurement verification.
-
Identify technical issues at site and propose practical solutions.
-
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
-
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
-
Assist in quantity take-off, billing, and certification of work done.
-
Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and inventory control.
-
Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting of site activities.
-
Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.

Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities.
-
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, company policies, and statutory regulations.
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of construction methods and site productivity.
