Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor/Honors/MBA/Marketing.

Experience

    • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Excellent customer service relationship skills

  • Strong empathy and ability to understand the customer

  • Team player, great work ethic and ability to work in a high paced environment

  • Excellent verbal and written Bangla and English both communication skills

  • Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook


Responsibilities & Context

  • Answer to customer queries modestly whenever there is a customer call.
  • Provide excellent and easy to understand support via various support channels (email, phone, chat platforms).
  • Communicating resolutions clearly, effectively and efficiently to clients.
  • Enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
  • Any other works as may be required from time to time.
