Responsibilities & Context
Primitek Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dy. Manager/ Manager – Industrial & Production Engineer (IPE) to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will play a key role in improving productivity, optimizing resources, and supporting operational excellence across our production floors.
Responsibilities:

Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis to improve efficiency.

Prepare and update SMV (Standard Minute Value), manpower requirements, and operation bulletins.
-
Work closely with production & planning teams to ensure efficient line setup and workflow optimization.
-
Analyze bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for higher productivity.
-
Support in cost reduction initiatives through improved work methods and resource utilization.
-
Ensure proper documentation of IE reports, productivity analysis, and operational KPIs.
-
Train line supervisors & operators on best methods and workplace engineering practices.
-
Collaborate with quality & maintenance teams to maintain smooth production flow.
-
Identify skill gaps and suggest training for multi-skilling and skill upgrading.

Work closely with production, quality, and planning teams to ensure smooth operation flow.
-
Ensure all industrial engineering practices by ensuring quality and technical standards.
-
Implement productivity and cost-saving ideas through process improvements.

Implement waste management system & make Root Cause Analysis
-
5S, Lean & Continuous Improvement Activities.
-
Need to evaluate & implement Kaizen in every production process.
