Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Marketing, Hospital Management, or any relevant discipline

Experience

    • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Physiotherapy center, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Chamber, Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age At most 35 years
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital sales, business development, or healthcare marketing.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a hospital or healthcare organization is mandatory.

  • Only candidates with the above-mentioned experience will be considered.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.

  • Good knowledge of hospital services, healthcare market, and referral systems.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to increase hospital revenue.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, Pharmacies, and other referral partners.

  • Promote hospital services including OPD, IPD, diagnostics, health packages, and specialized treatments.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.

  • Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and institutional partnerships.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery for referred patients.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management.

  • Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

  • Represent the hospital in marketing events, health camps, and promotional programs
