Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • 6 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years

• 6-7 years of experience in the same field.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new processes.

• Fluency in both English and Bangla (written and verbal communication is essential).

• Proficiency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, email clients, internet browsers, HR software and WhatsApp.

• Strong understanding of HR practices and compliance.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

 


Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview

We are looking for a competent Senior Officer – Human Resource who will be responsible for leading core human resource activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The role includes managing recruitment, conducting training and development initiatives, overseeing employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. Strong HR knowledge and prior experience in a similar role are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.

  • Support performance evaluation and employee management activities.

  • Coordinate training, workshops, and staff development programs.

  • Assist with payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.

  • Address employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR documentation.

  • Performance monitoring & evaluation.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) from a reputed local/international university.
