Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Senior Student Counselor (Australia) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in student counseling, specializing in Australian higher education. This role requires someone with a strong sense of responsibility, leadership, and a deep understanding of ethical counseling practices. The candidate will guide students and mentor junior counselors while contributing to the overall success of our Australian student recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities

Advise students on study options in Australia, including university and course selection, entry requirements, and visa processes.

Manage the entire student journey- from initial inquiry to application submission and visa assistance.

Review and guide documentation including SOPs, financials, and other required materials.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian university policies and DHA visa regulations.

Mentor junior counselors and help train new team members.

Coordinate with partner universities and participate in education events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Use CRM and relevant tools to maintain records, generate reports, and track student outcomes.

Meet student recruitment targets and uphold high client service standards.
