Responsibilities & Context

Track all orders from order confirmation to final shipment.

Ensure shipment targets are met as per the agreed delivery schedule (ETD).

Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly shipment status reports.
-
Follow up on cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing status.
-
Identify delays or bottlenecks and escalate issues promptly.
-
Ensure alignment between production plan and shipment deadlines.
-
Liaise with Merchandising, Production, QA, Commercial, and Warehouse teams.

Communicate shipment priorities clearly to all stakeholders.
-
Follow up with the commercial team for documentation readiness (Invoice, Packing List, etc.).

Identify potential shipment risks (shortages, delays, quality issues).
-
Take corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.

Ensure proper contingency planning for urgent shipments.
-
Maintain accurate shipment trackers and dashboards.

Share regular updates with management regarding shipment status.

Prepare audit-related shipment documentation when required.

Monitor fabric, trims, and accessories availability.

Follow up on shortages and ensure timely arrangement.
