Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- MBA/ CFA /CA/ ACCA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Good understanding of capital markets and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage and coordinate IPO transactions, including preparation of prospectus, regulatory documentation, due diligence, and liaison with BSEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Structure and execute corporate bonds, debentures, and other fixed income instruments, ensuring proper coordination with trustees, rating agencies, regulators, and legal advisors.
- Arrange and facilitate syndicated financing facilities with banks and financial institutions, including negotiation of terms and coordination among participating lenders.
- Prepare financial models, valuation analysis, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to support structured finance transactions.
- Develop and review term sheets, information memorandums, transaction documents, and financing proposals for IPO, bond issuance, and syndication deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, regulators, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Monitor capital market developments, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to support business growth in structured finance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the transaction lifecycle.
