Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates within the Bangladesh job market.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and support employer branding initiatives to enhance organizational visibility.

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring proper documentation, HR operations, and security compliance.

  • Drive employee engagement programs and retention initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Handle employee grievances professionally, maintaining confidentiality, fairness, and organizational integrity.

  • Identify organizational training and development needs and coordinate structured learning programs.

  • Facilitate effective onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees to ensure smooth integration.

  • Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts.

  • Maintain workplace discipline, compliance, and policy implementation aligned with company standards and Bangladesh labor regulations.

  • Motivate, guide, and coach fresh talents for professional growth while ensuring adherence to company protocols, performance expectations, and cultural values.
