Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies, Garments, Textile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Responsibilities & Context

Lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices to meet the business needs and accelerating the organizational performance.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Implement and ensure the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Maintains compliance with local laws and regulations and recommended best practices from certificates and other sources, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees’ activities such as Picnic Day, Staff Dinner etc.
  • Actively identify the gaps in the organization’s HR process and system and propose methods or procedures to improve them.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Manages the department’s budget ensuring that costs are controlled without sacrificing the quality of deliverables.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefit programs.
  • Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/her job functions.
  • Understanding by quality system: Documentation, work method, and internal and external customer expectations related to a process, product or service.
  • To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.
  • Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the management.
