Responsibilities & Context
End-to-end processing of monthly salaries, wages, and benefits for all management and production staff (workers).
Monitor and reconcile daily attendance across multiple shifts (Day/Night).
Supervise the calculation of Overtime (OT), ensuring they align with production floor logs and labor law limits.
Ensure all payroll practices comply with the Local Labor Act and international buyer code of conducts (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP)
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries during social compliance audits.
Maintain updated records of minimum wage adjustments as per government gazettes.
Prepare “Absenteeism” and “Turnover” reports to identify trends in different shifts.
