Job Context:
Rupayan Land Development Ltd. is a sister concern of RUPAYAN GROUP, which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Sr. Executive- Sales Coordinator under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily sales activities across various projects (land, apartments, commercial, township developments).

Prepare, update, and maintain sales dashboards, reports and pipelines.

Ensure timely communication of leads, follow-ups and client queries to the sales team.

Support sales team with price negotiations, preparing quotations and developing client proposals.
-
Handle booking forms, agreements, MoUs and all sales-related documentation.
-
Ensure accurate data entry in CRM/ERP systems and keep customer records updated.
-
Coordinate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure proper documentation before client handover.
-
Act as the first point of contact for client queries related to sales.
-
Schedule site visits and client meetings and follow up on client feedback.
-
Maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand image and customer satisfaction.
-
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
-
Monitor sales team performance against KPIs and targets.
-
Provide insights on sales performance, client trends and competitor activities.
-
Coordinate with Marketing for lead management and campaign alignment.
-
Liaise with Finance & Accounts for payment schedules, loan processing and outstanding dues.
-
Work closely with CRM, Legal and Registration teams to ensure smooth client handover.
