The provider shown for a purchase determines how it is paid and managed.
- Check whether you are purchasing through the website or an app-store-managed checkout.
- Review the provider/store, price, currency and account before confirming payment.
- Keep the order or store receipt and return to the app/website to check verified access.
- Use the renewal/subscription controls offered for that purchase’s provider.
- If the app offers restore/synchronize purchases, use it with the correct store and website accounts.
- For refunds or payment disputes, follow the purchase’s displayed policy and provider/store process.
Google Pay wallet checkout and Google Play Billing are different services. Not every app build/site has store purchases enabled. Do not assume a website refund or cancellation automatically cancels an app-store subscription.
