Contact reveal and CV download are separate protected actions.
- Open CV Bank and select the correct package company if requested.
- Search for the intended discoverable candidate and review the public result.
- Check your current feature access and remaining allowance.
- Use Reveal contact or Download CV only when offered and required for your hiring task.
- Wait for the verified response and open the returned contact/document safely.
- If denied, review the access message, expiry, company selection and remaining usage before trying again.
Each feature can have its own quota. Saving a candidate does not grant perpetual contact/document access, and access can change with consent, expiry or your team role. Do not forward private download links.
