Create an assessment and add questions

Assessment authoring requires the current management permission and any linked-job access.

1. Open Assessments and follow Build and assign assessments to the assessment studio.
2. Choose Create assessment, enter its title/details and select a permitted job or an unlinked assessment where appropriate.
3. Save the assessment and open its question composition area.
4. Add a supported multiple-choice, text, yes/no, document or video question.
5. For choices, enter clear option labels/values and mark correct answers only when intended for scoring.
6. Set points/required rules, save the question and review the final question order before assigning anyone.

Question composition locks once assignments exist, so finish reviewing questions first. Conditional questions and knockout answers need careful review. Do not place model answers or private applicant information in candidate-facing question text.
