Question-bank records are reusable authoring material, not live candidate attempts.
- Open the assessment studio and select Question bank.
- Create or open a question and choose its supported type.
- Enter wording, points and any option/correct-answer settings offered.
- Review metadata and conditional settings, then save the question.
- Open an editable assessment and choose Add from question bank to select the saved question.
- Review the copied question and its place in the assessment before assigning candidates.
A copied question becomes an assessment snapshot; later bank edits do not silently rewrite an existing assignment. Copying/composition is restricted after assignments exist. Keep correct-answer and explanation settings out of candidate-facing text.
