Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance; CA (CC) preferred.

Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Clear understanding of industry-specific financial controls and inventory management.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of industry-specific financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the accounts team.
Department and look after operating issues.
Monitor daily revenue, Cash, Credit Card and Corporate AR related Issue.
Monitor supplier payment, fund management and billing related issue.
Handle VAT, TAX, and audit-related tasks efficiently.
Monitor and guide daily procedures in accounting department.
Post Journals, periodical accrual and other adjustment journals.
Prepare Financial Statements for the organisation.
Reconcile Balance Sheet on monthly basis.
Check Bank Reconciliation.
Prepare monthly/ weekly financial reports for the management team.
Prepare Yearly Budget with help of other department head.
Ensure compliance with restaurant industry standards and regulations.
Co-ordinate with statutory audit team or any other regulatory audit.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
