Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • MBA with Master’s/Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Diploma in hotel management/hospitality from any reputed educational institution will get preference.

 

Experience
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel, Restaurant, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Chain shop
Additional Requirements
  • Age 35 to 55 years
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of practical work experience in a reputed chain restaurant, such as a Chinese, Thai, Fast Food, or Indian restaurant, in a relevant position.
  • Must be experienced in F&B operations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Must have computer knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office package especially in Advanced MS Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks & manage workload using own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be well organized, honest and sincere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Research & Develop Strategy for smooth operations of business & market expansion.
  • Applied different strategy to maximize profit & minimize cost.
  • Regularly monitor & audit different Branches.
  • Supervision, guidance and cooperating with different Branches.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly in secured manner.
  • Different problems solving & provide right decision & suggestions at the right time.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain liaison with various government authorities.
  • Conduct administrative duties, such as inventory management, budgets and costs to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Play an active role in the restaurant’s marketing campaign efforts and promote the brand within the local community.
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the restaurant team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and maintain standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and needed by the management.
