Additional Requirements
  • Proven experience in international/overseas marketing or export business is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade compliance.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Lead and manage the domestic and international sales & marketing team.
  • Design and execute strategic marketing plans for both local and overseas markets.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in export markets.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
  • Oversee product promotion, branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
  • Represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and online marketplaces.
  • Regularly report performance to senior management and suggest actionable improvements.
