  • Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, IDS, etc.) is a plus.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Friendly, courteous, and presentable demeanor.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, billing, and daily reports.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest-ready.
  • Serve as the primary contact for guest needs and inquiries.
  • Provide information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
  • Assist with luggage, room orientation, and special guest requests.
  • Handle calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer appropriate solutions.
