Responsibilities & Context

  • Implement and uphold academic policies and procedures for smooth school operations.
  • Monitor academic performance and support teachers in ensuring student success.
  • Coordinate with the management team on budgeting, resource allocation, and facility planning.
  • Uphold and promote the Islamic ethos and the mission of AEA.
  • Supervise curriculum delivery aligned with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) standards.
  • Guide, evaluate, and train teaching staff, especially new recruits, ensuring effective classroom practices.
  • Lead academic planning, including session plans, lesson plans, routines, syllabi, and teaching materials.
  • Conduct regular teacher performance evaluations and classroom observations.
  • Oversee student and staff discipline in accordance with school policies.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as admission planning and community outreach.
