Additional Requirements
  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRD, (MBA will be added advantage).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or training coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic LMS or training software.
  • A learning mindset and willingness to grow into a future training leader.

     


Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in conducting training needs assessments in collaboration with department heads.
  • Support in the design, planning, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions including scheduling, materials preparation, and venue setup (online or physical).
  • Maintain and update training databases, attendance records, and employee learning progress.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training participants and trainers to measure effectiveness.
  • Help organize Train-the-Trainer sessions and assist in developing internal trainers.
  • Research new learning trends, digital tools, and training content to support learning innovation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for outsourced training sessions and certification programs.
  • Assist in managing the training budget and procurement of learning resources.
