Job Summary:

Daffodil International College, a leading educational institution committed to academic excellence, is seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer of English for its Dhaka campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, developing course materials, and actively participating in academic and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures in English Literature, Language, and Composition as per the National Curriculum and College guidelines.
  • Prepare lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials.
  • Conduct regular assessments, provide feedback, and maintain accurate student records.
  • Guide students in academic and co-curricular activities to foster overall development.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs.
  • Assist in curriculum development, syllabus updates, and examination question setting/moderation.
  • Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students as needed.
  • Contribute to research, publications, and other scholarly activities (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Collaborate with faculty members to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment.
