Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Strategic Brand Department to lead the planning and execution of comprehensive brand and marketing strategies. The right candidate will bring expertise in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO, Facebook Boosting, Business Development, and KPI Tracking, along with a strong design sense, trendy content writing skills, and visual creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate revenue. (Mainly focused on Land Development Company)
  • Create personalized messaging for different customer personas based on data-driven insights.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, competitor actions, and market trends to find new business and branding opportunities.
  • Optimize digital ad budgets and performance across Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate conversion-focused content for web, social media, email, and offline channels such as billboards and signage.
  • Oversee and report on key marketing metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to the creation of graphics and marketing materials for digital and physical platforms.
  • Lead the production of printed promotional items like brochures, leaflets, booklets, stickers, banners, etc.
  • Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and agency/vendor relationships for brand growth.
  • Leverage emerging design tools and marketing tech for efficiency and innovation.
  • Engage affiliates, influencers, and media partners to broaden reach and drive conversions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and campaigns.
